1. Can the Aloe Vera Gel be safely applied around my eye area?
Yes, the Jorubi Aloe Vera Gel is a very gentle yet effective product. It is generally safe to be used on any part of the body.
2. I drive regularly and would like to leave a bottle of Jorubi Aloe Vera Gel in the car for convenience, but I am afraid that it may get damaged under the sun. Is it alright to leave the Aloe Vera Gel under such conditions?
Yes, but we would recommend that you store it in the glove box or in some compartment within the car and not out in the open. Direct exposure to the sun could cause discoloration to the product.
3. Can Jorubi Aloe Vera Gel be applied on top of my makeup?
Yes, the Jorubi Aloe Vera Gel is easily absorbed and not known to cause any chemical reaction with other products. However to prevent your make-up from smudging it would be better to apply the Aloe Vera Gel before applying make-up.
4. Can Jorubi Aloe Vera Gel and Jorubi Aloe Vera skin care products be used on sensitive skin?
Yes, definitely! Our products are formulated such that it is gentle on your skin, yet effectively healing damaged skin naturally.
5. Can I use Jorubi Aloe Vera gel on babies and children?
Yes, the Aloe Vera gel is safe for use on babies and children. It is often used for treatment of babies’ diaper rash, on insect bites or skin rashes on children.
6. What should I do if my skin does not react well to the products?
You should stop using it once your skin does not react well to any product. Our Jorubi products are designed to be gentle on the skin. However there may be a small group of individuals who may not react well to the products due to a variety of factors including skin sensitisation. In the event of redness, swelling or irritation from using our products, please stop use and consult your local dermatologist.
7. Are your products tested on animals?
No Jorubi product is ever tested on animals.

Shipping

1. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are fulfilled from Monday to Friday. It will usually take 1-2 business days for processing, excluding holidays. After processing, orders will be shipped out via courier and should reach you within 2 days for Singapore orders. Orders from overseas will be subject to transit times.
2. I received an email acknowledging receipt of my order but I have yet to receive my order. What should I do?
Sometimes we may experience issues with the courier/delivery service, especially during peak seasons. If you have not received your order within 4-5 business days (within Singapore) and 6-8 business days (international), do drop us an email at admin@hinghin.com.
3. I was sent the wrong item. What do I do?
We regret any inconveniences caused and sincerely apologize for this error. Please contact us at admin@hinghin.com with your order number and a picture of the products received. We will rectify it as soon as we can.
4. Can I amend my order after I have confirmed and paid for it?

We strive to ensure that your purchases are shipped to you on time hence orders are usually processed as soon as we can.

5. Are you able to ship to my country?

We are able to ship to most countries. However, because gel is a sensitive substance, our Jorubi Aloe Vera Gel may be subject to individual countries’ regulations and customs taxes.
